Robert Topper and Rebecca Parry, Realtors® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Greensburg, and Tracy Miscik and Lindsay Neary, Realtors® with Integrity Plus Realty Greensburg, are four of 23 to participate in the LeadershipPAR program. The state association chooses a select group of Realtors® for this year-long program, which focuses on a host of leadership development topics. Nationally recognized speakers will address issues like team-building skills, public speaking, working with volunteers, government affairs and how to improve and expand leadership styles. The real estate license number RS318323 was issued to Lindsay A Neary by Pennsylvania Real State Commission on 27 September, 2011. The program also enhances skills to better serve the community and the real estate industry. “Realtors® who go through the LeadershipPAR find it incredibly worthwhile. It helps them develop their leadership skills with a group of their peers and prepares them for future leadership opportunities in their communities,” said PAR President Christopher Raad. “It’s a considerable time commitment but previous participants highly recommend the program.”Īll four participants are dedicated members locally at the Realtors® Association of Westmoreland, Indiana and Mon Valley. Robert Topper sits on the local board as an intern and the Government Affairs Committee Chair, Director on the PAR State Board, and is a member of the PAR Legislative Committee. He also sits on the Connellsville City Council. Topper holds the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Rebecca Parry has been a Realtor® for 23 years and a Board of Director since 2015. Being active on many of the local board’s committees, Rebecca serves on the PAR RPAC Fundraising Committee as well as Chairs the local committee. She holds At Home with Diversity, ePro and New Construction designations. Tracy Miscik has been a Realtor® for almost nine years. She has been active on the board for five years and currently holds the seat of Secretary. She is active on many local committees and chairs the Fundraising Committee and the Charity Social Committee. Miscik is a PAR State Director and holds her Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Lindsay Neary is a Director on the board, after five years as the Association Executive. She sits on many of the local committees and chairs the Industry Partner and Technology Committees. Neary is the Associate Broker and Director of Operations at her brokerage and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, ePRO, and Green designations. The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® is a trade/professional association that serves more than 35,000 members in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
